Equipments for Tirecord


System for the supply of warp from the creel to the weaving machine and for the rolling up of the fabric, for the production of the cord for tires

The R-FA equipment is available in two versions: R-FAd, with degressive batcher and R-FAs, with batcher provided with a servopneumatic system. Both versions of equipment differ only for the systems by which the fabric rolls are pressed or lifted during rolling up. The degressive system uses a hydraulic system with electronic control and offers the possibility to get fabric rolls of optimum quality with diameters up to 1800 mm. 
 With the help of the servopneumatic system, making use of a pneumatic control system, it is possible to obtain fabric rolls with diameters up to 1500 mm.
The basic equipment R - F + Ad/As (R=Tirecord, F=Feeding unit, A=Batcher, d=Degressive, s=Servopneumatic) is composed of a feeding unit, of the batching unit and the electric cabinet.

FEEDING UNIT

The feeding unit F is composed of two reinforced arms which also serve as support for 2 chromium plated rollers having the task of guiding the yarn coming from the creel.

To this supporting frame can still be applied: 

  • a device for warp control (not supplied by us) 
  • a reed support. 

There is then a frame with a dancing roller and with the feeding roller, coated with rubber and driven by a brushless motor with constant torque , feeded by an electronic converter placed inside the electric cabinet.
Before entering the weaving machine the warp yarn passes under a footboard placed between feeding unit and weaving machine.

BATCHER

When coming out from the weaving machine and after having passed under a further footboard, the cord fabric enters the batcher where, after passing between deflecting rollers and a dancing roller, it is rolled up tangentially be means of two rubber coated rollers, for forming the fabric roll of the desired diameter.
One of the two rubber coated rollers is still driven by a brushless motor, which is also feeded by a converter placed inside the electric cabinet.

DEGRESSIVE SYSTEM

For the equipments with (patented) degressive system there is a load cell, connected to an electronic circuit, which senses the weight of the fabric roll being formed.
By the above mentioned electronic circuit it controls a proportional valve which controls the oil flow to two hydraulic cylinders having the task of lifting the supports of the shaft of the fabric beam.

SERVO-PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

The compensation of weight of the forming fabric roll, in case of the servopneumatic system, is achieved on the contrary by means of two pneumatic cylinders, being fed with compressed air through a controller of high sensitivity and by means of a linear cam of appropriate shape, the positioning of which is in relation to the diameter of the forming fabric roll.
