FORMIA NUOVA TCX-A Microprocessor-controlled Cloth Batcher for Special Fabrics
The new microprocessor-controlled version of the TCX/A-170 axial cloth batcher by Formia Nuova (Chignolo d'Isola, Bergamo) has finally reached the industrialisation stage.
Thanks to its design, the TCX/A-170 is suitable for delicate fabrics which are particularly difficult to wind up, especially the glass fibre fabrics largely used in the modern electronic industry, as well as in the building sector and the aircraft industry.
In addition, thanks to the introduction of a PLC and proportional electrovalves to adjust the fundamental process parameters (tension, pressure and braking force), the new cloth batcher can be programmed to wind up various fabric types in different widths, rapidly and with repeatable results.
The interaction of the different systems and the possibility of operating from a central control position complete the technical features of the machine.for more details... |
